The Wassaic Project, a 501c3 non-profit organization, exists to provide a genuine and intimate context for art making and strengthening local community by increasing social and cultural capital through inspiration, promotion and creation of contemporary visual and performing art.

The Wassaic Project’s eighth annual Summer Exhibition, investigates how artists explore, examine, and work within their environments. The Wassaic Project invites viewers to climb the seven stories of the Maxon Mills grain elevator, and experience the work of over 70 emerging artists.

The Wassaic Project Summer Festival is a free, annual, multi-disciplinary celebration of art, music, dance, and community featuring over 100 artists, 25 bands, film screenings, dance performances. Housed in the unique buildings and property of the Wassaic Project, the festival escapes the white walls of traditional art spaces and focuses on site-sensitive installations and performances.

This group show features work that uses color, movement, and shape to play with the aesthetic or emotional aspects of condensed or saturated space. Featuring the work of Will Hutnick, Ben Pranger, Andre Wohl Keefe and Stephanie Williams.

Grizzly Grizzly is an artist collective in Philadelphia, PA. We are all practicing artists who also curate exhibitions, performances and alternative programming. Using the creative problem-solving skills needed in our daily studio practices, we create a meeting-ground for dialog and a space for innovative work without the constraints of institutional agendas or commercial interests.

Solo Exhibition: Everyone Actually is Each Other

Habit, ceremony, superstition and ritual are a part of the creative process. Everyone Actually is Eachother creates conversation around autonomy related to studio practice. Employing a series of interviews and instructional drawings as an interface, Williams considers the work of eight separate creatives, from a DC based slam poet to a New England based figurative sculptor.
